
It’s summer time! And that means that I am less motivated to be making meals that are ‘heavier’ and require heat. This one I loved as a child and is super easy! You can tweak it however you like, and depending on what you have on hand.
The ingredients I used for this batch were:
- noodles (cooked and cold)
- tuna flakes from a tin
- green seedless grapes
- nectarine
- marble cheese
- iceburg lettuce
- raisins
Mix it all together and add mayo (just enough to mix it all together). I also like to add hard boiled eggs (cold) and apple, but I didn’t this time.
